ODIN's Mission

ODIN is intended to develop a long-term outsourcing arrangement with the commercial sector which transfers to it the responsibility and risk for providing and managing the vast majority of NASA's desktop, server, and intra-Center communication assets and services as the Agency downsizes and refocuses IT personnel to Agency core missions.

Message from GSFC's Project Manager

Although ODIN provides services at several centers throughout NASA, and is also being used in the Federal sector outside of NASA, I am very proud that Goddard Space Flight Center was the first NASA center to implement ODIN. Being a pioneer is never easy, but as ODIN continues to grow, Goddard employees can be sure that ODIN will provide quality service, as needed. I hope in these pages, all who visit will find the information they need to better leverage ODIN, so that the missions of the Goddard Space Flight Center can better be accomplished. After all, that is what we are here for.
